Pneumatic PP plastic butterfly valves have the characteristics of light valve body weight, strong corrosion resistance, hygienic and non-toxic material, wear resistance, easy disassembly, and simple maintenance. They are applied in multiple fields, such as general pure water and drinking water pipeline systems, drainage and sewage pipeline systems, saltwater and seawater pipeline systems, acid-base and chemical solution systems, and many other industries.
Characteristics of Pneumatic PP Butterfly Valve:
1. The hygiene indicators of the pneumatic PP butterfly valve meet the requirements of national hygiene standards, and the heavy ion content in the medium reaches the standard of ultrapure water.
2. It has excellent strength and toughness, with a flat and smooth pipe wall, and has low frictional resistance and adhesion when transporting fluids.
3. Pneumatic PP butterfly valves have excellent chemical corrosion resistance and self extinguishing flame retardancy.
4. Lightweight, equivalent to 1/5 of steel pipes and 1/6 of copper pipes. Low thermal conductivity, about 1/200 of steel.
